Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly spray a 15×10-inch pan with cooking spray.
Unroll pizza dough and press in the bottom and up sides of the prepared pan. Bake for 5 minutes.
In a small saucepan, combine cream cheese, taco seasoning, and shredded cheese. Cook over medium-low heat until smooth and the cheese has melted. Remove from heat.
Spread over cheese sauce over the pizza crust. Top with grilled chicken, corn, black beans, and shredded cheese. Drizzle salsa and salsa verde over the top of the pizza.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Top with favorite taco toppings, if desired.
Notes:
I used a can of refrigerated pizza dough. I used the regular pizza dough, not the thin crust.
You can use any cooked chicken you have on hand. Chicken breasts, chicken thighs, chicken tenderloins, and rotisserie chicken all work fine.
Here is our recipe for Homemade Taco Seasoning made with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper: https://www.plainchicken.com/homemade-taco-seasoning/
I use bag of Mexican cheese blend in this recipe. You can use flavor of cheese you enjoy. Monterey Jack cheese, Pepper Jack cheese, or sharp cheddar cheese works great.
Feel free to add onions, bell peppers, olives, jalapeños, or tomatoes to the toppings.
