Top with crushed Ritz crackers and bake. Can make in advance and refrigerate or freeze for later. SO good!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine chopped chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Spread into prepared baking dish.
Combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over casserole.
Bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes
Can make casserole in advance and refrigerate or freeze for later.If baking directly from the refrigerator, you made need to add a few minutes to the cooking time.To bake the casserole after freezing, thaw completely and bake a directed above.
