Buffalo Chicken Pasta - ready in under 20 minutes! SO simple and SO delicious! Great weeknight pasta recipe! Chicken and penne pasta tossed in tomato sauce, wing sauce, shallots, garlic, Worcestershire, and heavy cream. Top with some grated Parmesan cheese. Everyone cleaned their plates!
1lbboneless skinless chicken
½lbpenne pasta,cooked and drained
18-oz can tomato sauce
2 to 3Tbspbuffalo wing sauce
3 to 4Tbspheavy cream
grated parmesan cheese for topping
Season chicken with lemon pepper on both sides. In a large skillet, add 1 Tbsp olive oil and cook chicken over medium-high heat until no longer pink, about 7 to 8 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and chop. Set aside.
In a large skillet add olive oil, shallot, and garlic. Saute for 3 minutes. Add Worcestershire, tomato sauce, wing sauce and chicken to skillet. Simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Stir in heavy cream.
Toss in cooked penne pasta. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
