2(20-oz)cans pineapple chunks, drained and juice reserved
1(11-oz)can mandarin oranges, drained
1(10-oz)jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
2bananas, peeled and sliced
1½cupsblueberries
1cupchopped strawberries
1cuppecanschopped
1(3.4-oz)box vanilla instant pudding
1cupreserved pineapple juice
Instructions:
Combine all fruit in a large bowl.
Whisk together the vanilla pudding and reserved pineapple juice. Pour over fruit and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir fruit salad before serving.
Notes:
If making this a day in advance and refrigerating overnight, wait to add sliced bananas until you are ready to serve. They may brown if left in the refrigerator overnight.
