Baked Cream Cheese Chicken Alfredo - the BEST Chicken Alfredo EVER. Everyone goes crazy over this dish. Spaghetti, chicken, Alfredo sauce, cream cheese, garlic, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese. 2(15-oz)jars alfredo sauce
1(8-oz)package cream cheese softened
Preheat oven to 350ºF degrees. Lightly grease a 9×13″ pan
Remove skin from rotisserie chicken and discard. Pull meat from chicken and chop.
Cook spaghetti according to directions on the box. Drain and place cooked spaghetti in a bowl. Add cream cheese, Italian Seasoning, garlic, and heavy cream. Stir until cream cheese is melted and the spaghetti is thoroughly coated.
Add Alfredo sauce, chopped chicken, and parmesan cheese to the spaghetti mixture and combine.
Spread spaghetti into prepared pan. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly.
Can prepare casserole through Step 5 and cover and refrigerate or freeze for later. If baking directly from the refrigerator, you may need to add a few minutes to the cooking time.To bake after freezing, thaw completely and bake as directed above.I used Rao's Alfredo Sauce. I also like Trader Joe's Alfredo Sauce.
