1(32-oz)bag frozen shredded hash browns
1(10.75-oz)can cream of chicken soup
1(8-oz)package cream cheese, softened
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1sleeveRitz crackers, crushed
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, soup, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Pour into prepared dish.
Combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle on top of potatoes.
Bake uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes, until bubbly.
Can make in advance and refrigerate or freeze for later.To bake after refrigerating, you may need to add a few minutes to the cooking time.To bake after freezing, thaw completely and bake as directed above.
