1cupshredded smoked gouda cheese
2cupshredded cheddar cheese
½lbcubed cooked ham
6slicescooked bacon, chopped
salt & pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Pour melted butter in dish. Set aside.
In medium bowl, whisk together Bisquick, 1 cup of the milk and 2 of the eggs. Pour over butter in baking dish. Spread cheeses, sausage, ham, bacon over mixture.
In large bowl, mix remaining 1 cup milk, remaining 6 eggs, the garlic salt, pepper, and dry mustard. Pour over casserole.
Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Can use gluten-free Bisquick for a gluten-free casserole.Can substitute turkey sausage and turkey bacon for pork.Can use any cheeses you prefer.I used Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage.
