1(14-oz)can sweetened condensed milk
1Tbspfresh key lime zest
½cupkey lime juice
1(9-inch)graham cracker crust (store-bought is fine)
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime zest, key lime juice, egg yolks, and sour cream.
Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker crust.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and refrigerate 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
Top with fresh whipped cream or cool whip.
Store leftover pie in the refrigerator.Can substitute regular lime zest if key limes aren't available.
