1(32-oz)package broccoli cuts, thawed
1(10.75-oz)can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
¼tsppepper, or to taste
1½cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1(6-oz)box stuffing mix
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix together broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion powder, garlic salt, pepper, and cheddar cheese. Spread into prepared pan.
Sprinkle the uncooked stuffing mix on top of casserole. Pour chicken broth evenly over the stuffing mix.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Can use any cheese in place of cheddar cheese.Can freeze casserole for a quick side dish later.To bake after freezing, thaw completely and bake as directed above.Use vegetable broth and cream of mushroom soup for a vegetarian dish.
