BLT Pizza - crescent roll dough topped with an easy Ranchy cream cheese spread, lettuce, bacon, tomatoes, and cheese. Who wouldn't want to dive into this yummy open-faced sandwich?! YUM! Great for an easy lunch or dinner, potlucks, and picnics!
1(8-oz)can crescent rollsor crescent sheet
6-ozcream cheese, room temperature
2cupsshredded iceberg lettuce
2roma tomatoes, diced
1/2lbbacon, cooked and chopped
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
2green onions, chopped
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll crescent roll/crescent sheet Pinch perforations to seal if using rolls. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool slightly.
Combine cream cheese and ranch dressing. Spread evenly over baked crescent rolls.
Top cream cheese mixture with remaining ingredients. Cut into squares.
Can use refrigerated pizza dough instead of crescent rolls.Use bottled ranch dressing, not the dry mix.
