Low Carb Deep Dish Pizza Quiche - seriously delicious! If you like quiche and pizza you will absolutely LOVE this recipe! Eggs, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pizza sauce, sausage, and pepperoni. We ate this twice in one week. Even if you aren't doing low-carb or keto you will love this pizza!
Ingredients:
3cupsshredded mozzarella cheese, divided
4eggs
4-ozcream cheese, softened
⅓cupmilk
¼cupgrated Parmesan cheese
½tspgarlic powder
½tspItalian seasoning
½poundbulk Italian sausage, cooked
½cuppizza sauce
1cuppepperoni
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Sprinkle 2 cups of mozzarella in the bottom of the baking dish.
In a bowl, beat eggs, cream cheese, milk, Parmesan, garlic powder and Italian seasoning; pour into dish. Bake 30 minutes.
Spread pizza sauce over quiche; top with remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, sausage, and pepperoni.
Bake until bubbly, about 10 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Notes:
Can use pizza toppings you prefer.We used our No-Cook Pizza Sauce for the pizza sauce. Omit the sugar if you are doing low-carb.
