Cracked Out Chicken Noodle Casserole Recipe - chicken, noodles, chicken soup, cheddar, bacon, ranch, and sour cream, topped with crushed Fritos. THE BEST chicken casserole. We eat this at least once a month. Everyone loves it!
Equipment:
6-quart saucepot
Mixing Bowls
Chef Knives
Cutting Board
Rotary Cheese Grater
9x13-inch Baking Dish
Ingredients:

cups
cooked chopped chicken

(10.5-oz)
cans Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup
1
(16-oz)
container sour cream
1
(1-oz)
package ranch dressing mix
¾
cup
cooked chopped bacon
1
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
12-
oz
egg noodles
1
cup
crushed Fritos
Instructions:
Cook egg noodles according to package directions, drain.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, dressing mix, bacon and cheese. Stir in cooked egg noodles.
Pour mixture into prepared pan. Top with crushed Fritos.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until heated through.
Notes:
I suggest using Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup in this dish to control the sodium.

Can assemble the casserole and refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
To bake after freezing, thaw completely and bake as directed above.
Use a rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
