Grilled Greek Chicken - only 3 ingredients in the marinade! Greek dressing, honey, and lemon juice. SO simple and SOOO delicious! We always double the recipe so we can eat leftovers during the week. The chicken is great on top of a salad, in a wrap, or slathered with tzatziki sauce in a pita. YUM!
Place chicken breasts in a gallon ziplock bag. Pound to an even thickness.
Whisk together dressing, lemon juice, and honey. Pour over chicken.
Refrigerate chicken in marinade 2 hours to overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade and cook on the grill until it reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
Notes:
I use Ken's Steakhouse Greek Dressing or Kraft Greek Dressing.Can use any cut of chicken you prefer - thighs, tenders, breasts.Can use boneless or bone-in chicken.To cook chicken without a grill, pan sear for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400ºF for 10 minutes.
