Ingredients:
2Tbspbutter
1½cupslong grain cooking rice, uncooked
2½cupschicken broth
1(10-oz)can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1tspchili powder
½tsppaprika
Instructions:
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add rice and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for approximately 20 minutes.
