1(10-oz)can diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
pasta, rice or potatoes for serving
Instructions:
Place chicken in a 6-qt slow cooker.
Combine cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, taco seasoning and diced tomatoes and green chiles in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until combined. Pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
Serve over Mexican rice and black beans, pasta, or potatoes.
Notes:
I suggest using Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup in this dish to control the sodium.
