Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin - the BEST pork we've ever eaten! So simple with only 5 ingredients in the marinade - Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, honey, and garlic. Can cook on the grill or in the skillet and oven. We ate this two days in a row. Leftovers are great on slider buns. This is already on the menu again this week!
2(1 to 1½-lb)pork tenderloins, (2 to 3 pounds total)
Combine Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, honey, and garlic.
Place pork in a gallon ziplock bag. Pour marinade over pork. Seal bag and refrigerate 2 hours to overnight.
Prepare grill. Remove pork from marinade. Discard marinade.
Grill pork until internal temperature reaches 145ºF, approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Trim tough silver skin from pork tenderloin before marinating.Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature: 145-150ºF - Medium Rare 150-155ºF - Medium 155-160ºF - Medium Well 160ºF plus - Well Done
