Ingredients:
3Tbspbutter
8-ozsliced fresh mushrooms
8-ozorzo pasta, uncooked
2clovesgarlicminced
2cupschicken broth
½cupcrumbled feta cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and orzo and cook until some of the orzo turns golden brown.
Add garlic and cook for an additional one minute. Add chicken stock, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese, salt, and pepper. Garnish with dried parsley.
