Whisk together Italian dressing, brown sugar, pineapple juice and soy sauce.
Place pork chops in a resealable ziplock bag. Pour marinade over pork chops. Refrigerate 3 hours to overnight.
Remove pork chops from marinade. Grill until done, approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Notes:
Cook pork chops until they reach an internal temperature of 145ºF.Use a meat thermometer and check for an internal temperature of 145ºFIt is safe to eat pork with a blush of pink.
