3cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
1(4-oz)can diced green chiles, undrained
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a 9-inch pan with cooking spray.
Combine rice, cheese, sour cream and green chiles. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Can assemble the casserole in advance and refrigerate overnight.Can add some cooked taco meat or chicken to the casserole for an easy main dish.
