Hasselback Pizza Biscuits - a fun twist to pizza night!!! Refrigerated biscuits stuffed pepperoni and cheese and brushed with garlic butter. Dip in warm pizza sauce. SO good! Great for parties, lunch, dinner, or afternoon snack. SO easy to make and everyone LOVES them!! #pizza #pepperoni
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly spray 10 cups of a regular muffin pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Separate biscuits into 10 individual biscuits. Cut three slits in biscuits about 1/2-inch apart.
Cut each mozzarella slice into 16 squares.
Stuff biscuit slits with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese squares. I used 4 slices of pepperoni and 8 cheese squares per biscuit. 1 pepperoni and 2 cheese squares in the left slit, 2 pepperoni, and 4 cheese squares in the middle slit and 1 pepperoni and 2 cheese squares in the right slit.
Place stuffed biscuits in the prepared muffin pan.
Bake for 18 minutes.
Combine melted butter and Italian seasoning. Brush over cooked pizza biscuits.
Notes:
Make sure to buy the smaller Pillsbury biscuits. Look for 1 can of (12-oz) biscuits or 2 cans of (6-oz) biscuits.
