4 to 6boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to an even thickness
Instructions:
Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire, lemon juice, dijon mustard, garlic, and pepper. Pour over chicken and refrigerate for several hours, up to overnight.
Prepare grill. Remove chicken from marinade and grill 12 to 15 minutes, until no longer pink and has an internal temperature of 165ºF.
Notes:
Can substitute chicken thighs or chicken drumsticks for chicken breasts. Adjust cooking time and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.To cook chicken without a grill, pan sear the chicken in a skillet for 3 minutes on each side and then put it on a baking sheet in the oven preheated to 400ºF for an additional 10 minutes.
