Combine honey, mustard, lemon juice, soy sauce, and Cajun/Creole Seasoning. Pour over chicken. Refrigerate at least 2 hours up to overnight.
Prepare grill. Remove chicken from marinade. Place on grill and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, until no longer pink.
