Combine garlic, brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over vegetables.
Place vegetables in grill basket and grill for 15 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
Notes:
If you don't have a grill basket, you can cook the vegetables in a foil packet. Make sure to use heavy-duty foil. I would suggest double wrapping the vegetables in foils so there isn't any leakage.Can use any vegetable combination you prefer.Can omit brown sugar for a low-carb/keto-friendly dish.
