Sausage and Ranch Quiche - so quick and easy. Everyone LOVED this recipe!! Can make ahead and freeze for later. Pie crust, sausage, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, eggs, and pepper. Ready to eat in an hour. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. THE BEST!
1(9-inch)frozen deep dish pie crust
½cupbottled Ranch dressing
1cupheavy cream or milk
dash black pepper
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain fat. Combine cooked sausage and Ranch dressing. Drop crumbles of sausage mixture in bottom of pie crust. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Whisk together eggs, pepper and cream. Pour egg mixture over sausage and cheese mixture in pie crust.
Bake 1 hour. Allow quiche to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
I used Jimmy Dean sausage.There is no need to thaw or prebake the pie crust.Can assemble the quiche and freeze unbaked for later. To bake after freezing, thaw completely and bake as directed above.Can freeze baked quiche and reheat for later. To reheat, thaw completely. Cover and bake at 350ºF for 30 to 40 minutes or reheat in the microwave.
