Slow Cooker Mississippi Pork Tenderloin - only 5 ingredients! Pork, Ranch, Au Jus, butter and pepperonicni peppers. This is THE BEST pork tenderloin I've ever eaten!! The flavor is AMAZING!! Serve over grits, potatoes, rice or noodles. Also great on a bun. YUM!
In a 6-quart slow cooker, add all ingredients and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Notes:
When cooking pork tenderloins, it is important to remove the silver skin on the side of each pork tenderloin. I use a knife and carefully cut it off. If you don’t remove the silver skin, you will have a tough area on each tenderloin.Can add vegetables of your choice to the meat mixture.
