Notes:
Margarita mix is a sweet lime juice concentrate used to make frozen margaritas. Look for it in the freezer section near the other frozen juice concentrate. It does NOT contain alcohol. You can use an equivalent amount of bottled margarita mix instead of frozen margarita mix.Can use fresh strawberries instead of frozen. Slice the strawberries and sprinkle with some sugar to make a syrup and proceed with the recipe as directed. You can use a store-bought graham cracker crust. If you go that route, you will definitely have leftover filling. You might even have enough for two pies. You can make this margarita pie with a pretzel crust. Just crush the pretzels and use an equivalent amount. I love this pie with a pretzel crust! Sweet & salty. Just like a margarita! This pie will keep several weeks to a month in the freezer. Make sure to cover the pie tightly with plastic wrap and aluminum foil to avoid freezer burn.
