Split each dinner roll. Mix together hot sauce, teriyaki sauce, and honey mustard. Toss sliced roast beef in sauce.
Make a sandwich of the roast beef and cheese and the dinner rolls. Arrange the sandwiches in a 9x13 pan.
In a small saucepan combine butter, brown sugar, 1 Tbsp hot sauce, 1 Tbsp teriyaki sauce, 1 Tbsp honey mustard, and everything bagel seasoning. Bring to a boil and pour over sandwiches.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the tops are brown and crispy.
Notes:
I used freshly sliced roast beef from the deli. I prefer Boar's Head London Broil. Ask them to cut "shaved" so it is super thin. You can use any thickness you prefer. Can use more roast beef on the slider buns if you prefer.I used Frank's Hot Sauce. You can use Frank's Wing Sauce or Crystal's hot sauce. This recipe uses a thick teriyaki sauce. I used Sweet Baby Ray's.For the honey mustard dressing, I used Ken's.I prefer to use white American cheese because it melts really well. Feel free to substitute mozzarella, provolone, or white cheddar slices. You can assemble the sliders ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake. I suggest making the sauce right before baking the sandwiches. The rolls might get soggy in the refrigerator overnight. We did not think the sandwiches were spicy. If you are worried about the heat from the hot sauce, please adjust it to your personal preferences.
