Notes:
Broccoli slaw mix is typically in the produce section with the prepackaged salad and coleslaw mix. I have seen it at Walmart, Publix, and Target. You shouldn't have a hard time finding broccoli slaw mix. It is a very common grocery item. You can make this Broccoli Cranberry Slaw several days in advance and store covered in the refrigerator. I like to make a batch on Sunday and eat on it all week.I don't suggest freezing this Broccoli Cranberry Slaw. Mayonnaise-based salads like this don't taste as good after thawing. You can substitute plain Greek yogurt for some or all of the mayonnaise in this recipe.
