Mix softened cream cheese with the ham, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, onion powder, brown sugar, swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese.
Spread about 1/4 cup of ham mixture evenly on each tortilla.
Roll the tortilla up gently, yet tightly to make sure it holds together and keeps its shape.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up the softened cheese. Cut off ends of tortilla roll and cut into 1-inch slices.
Notes:
I used the large burrito size tortillas. Feel free to use any size tortilla you have on hand. You can also use whole grain, gluten-free, or spinach tortillas. You can also use low-fat or fat-free cream cheese to cut down on the calories. You can absolutely make these pinwheels in advance and refrigerate until ready to serve. Prepare the tortillas and wrap them in plastic wrap unsliced. When ready to serve, remove from the refrigerator, and slice. They will keep a day or two in the refrigerator. You can assemble the pinwheels and store them in a freezer ziplock bag. The pinwheels will keep up to 2 months in the freezer.Use Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce for a gluten-free filling.
