2(6-oz)cans Pillsbury Grands Jr. Biscuits(5-count each for a total of 10 biscuits)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Whisk together corn syrup, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir in chopped pecans.
Cut biscuits into quarters and toss in pecan mixture. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
Notes:
This recipe uses the can of smaller refrigerated biscuits. You are looking for either two cans of 6-ounce biscuits or one can of 12-ounce biscuits. You are going to have a total of 10 biscuits.
They sell the smaller size of Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits at Walmart.
You can make this dessert a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
I prefer to serve this dessert warm. You can reheat the bubble up in the microwave or covered in the oven.
I used light corn syrup, feel free to use dark corn syrup if you prefer.
