Whisk together milk and lemon juice. Carefully fold in cool-whip. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust. Refrigerate 4 hours, or until firm.
Notes:
If you want the pie to be yellow, add a few drops of yellow food coloring.
We topped this pie with some whipped cream. You can also use cool whip. Either way, I promise it will taste delicious!
You can use a store-bought or homemade graham cracker crust.
The pie will keep in the refrigerator for about a week.
Can No-Bake Lemon Pie be frozen? Yes! When ready to serve, remove the pie from the freezer and let thaw. Top with the pie the topping of your choice before serving.
