Crack Chicken Queso Dip – the BEST cheese dip EVER! Creamy Rotel Dip loaded with chicken, cheddar, bacon, and ranch. Can make on the stovetop, microwave, or in the crockpot. Great for parties and game day! Velveeta, Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese, chicken, bacon, ranch, cheddar, and milk. Serve with Fritos and tortilla chips. I can make a meal out of this yummy cheese dip!
2(10-oz)cans Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies,undrained
Instructions:
Stovetop Preparation: In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine all ingredients. Cook on medium until cheese has melted. Add more milk if the cheese dip is too thick.
Microwave Preparation: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes, stir. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 4 minutes, stir. Continue microwaving in 1 to 2-minute intervals until cheese is melted and dip is thoroughly heated. Serve immediately. Add more milk if the cheese dip is too thick.
Slow Cooker Preparation: Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 1 to 2 hours, until cheese is melted. Add more milk if the cheese dip is too thick.

You can make this dip on the stovetop, in the microwave, or in the slow cooker.
I used rotisserie chicken for the cooked chicken in this dish;
Feel free to substitute turkey bacon for the pork bacon.
