Sprinkle cooked bacon and cheese in the bottom of the pie crust.
In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks, sour cream, flour, salt, and paprika until smooth. In another large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into sour cream mixture; spread over cheese.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes, until golden brown. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting.
