Pink Bikini Cocktail

Pink Bikini Cocktail – our signature summer cocktail! SO light and refreshing! Perfect for all of your summer parties and get-togethers. Raspberry lemonade, coconut rum, and amaretto. The recipe makes a pitcher of drinks - perfect for a crowd! This is our go-to summer drink! SO good!
Ingredients:
- 1 (1.75-liter) bottle Raspberry Lemonade
- 1¾ cup coconut rum
- 1 cup amaretto liqueur
Instructions:
- Combine raspberry lemonade, coconut rum, and amaretto liqueur in a large pitcher. Stir well, and serve over ice.
Notes:
- I used Simply Lemonade with Raspberry.
- Amaretto is an almond-flavored liquor. I prefer Disaronno brand.
- I used Malibu coconut rum.
- Feel free to adjust the amounts of amaretto and Malibu to your personal preference.
- You can make the cocktail in advance and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- The cocktail mixture will keep 3 to 5 days in a sealed container.
