Notes:
What is Pork Loin? It is basically a giant boneless pork chop. It can be called by several names: Center-cut pork loin roast, center-cut pork roast, pork center loin roast, pork center cut rib roast, pork loin center cut, pork loin center rib roast, pork loin roast center cut, and pork loin rib half.
Please note that a pork loin and pork tenderloin are NOT the same cut of meat. Tenderloins are thin and small. Pork loins are wide enough to cut steaks pieces from it.
The safe internal pork cooking temperature for fresh pork cuts is 145ºF.
I shredded our pork loin but you can remove it from the slow cooker and slice it if you prefer.
You can use freshly grated or canned grated parmesan cheese.
Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your personal preference.
Can I cook the pork on HIGH? Yes! You can cook the pork for 3 to 4 hours on HIGH.
Can Honey Garlic Pork be frozen? Yes! Let the pork cool completely and place in freezer bags. To reheat the pork, thaw and reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop.
