1 (17.5-oz)can refrigerated Pillsbury Grands cinnamon rolls
½lbbreakfast sausage
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly spray a 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
Separate the cinnamon rolls into individual rolls. Unroll each roll and spread uncooked sausage over each one, leaving an inch uncovered at the end of each strip of dough. Gently reroll the cinnamon rolls and place in the prepared cake pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove the rolls from the oven and frost with the glaze that is included with the rolls.
Notes:
Do NOT cook the sausage before adding it to the cinnamon rolls. The sausage will cook along with the cinnamon rolls.
I used Jimmy Dean hot sausage. You can substitute turkey sausage if you prefer.
Can Sausage Cinnamon Rolls be made in advance? You can assemble the rolls ahead of time and refrigerate overnight before baking.
