This Yum Yum Million Dollar Chicken Casserole is the ultimate comfort food! Chicken topped with a creamy cheesy sauce and cornbread stuffing. O-M-YUM! I made this for a family dinner a few weeks ago and everyone raved about it! I already have this back on the menu again this weekend. It is that good! How to Make Million Dollar Yum Yum Chicken Casserole

This recipe is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread chopped cooked chicken in the bottom of the pan and set aside. In a medium bowl, stir together cream of chicken soup, cottage cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread soup mixture over the chicken layer. Sprinkle a box of stuffing mix over the top of the casserole. Pour chicken broth and melted butter over the stuffing mix. Bake in a preheated oven until bubbly.

  1. I did make one change. I used ricotta cheese in place of cottage cheese. My husband and son do not like cottage cheese. I gave 5 stars because it was so good and I did not think the change in cheese made it any better. Excellent dish. DEFINITELY will make again
