Cowboy Butter Sauce Recipe - the most amazing garlic butter sauce! I could drink it with a straw! Butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, mustard, paprika, cayenne pepper, parsley, chives, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. The perfect accompaniment to a steak dinner. Equally delicious with chicken, pork, and roasted potatoes.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic cloves, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the pot and whisk until combined.
Add chopped parsley, chives, thyme, and red pepper flakes to the butter mixture and continue whisking—season with salt and black pepper. Remove from the heat, and cool.
