S'mores Dump Cake - Gooey, chocolaty, and downright irresistible! This easy dessert will transport you back to those campfire nights with every delicious bite. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment to beat together milk and chocolate pudding until thickened.
Pour pudding into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Top pudding with graham cracker sheets. Sprinkle half of the chopped chocolate bars over the top of the graham crackers.
Sprinkle chocolate cake mix over the cake. Place pats of unsalted butter evenly over the top of the cake mix. Make sure to cover every bit of the cake mix in the pan.
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and stir any dry cake mix into the cake.
Top the cake with marshmallows and the remaining chopped chocolate bars. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the marshmallows are toasted and golden brown.
Notes:
Do not make the cake according to the package directions with eggs, oil, and water. You are only going to use the dry cake mix.
Can substitute chocolate chips for chocolate bars.
