In a small bowl, beat together softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon with a hand mixer.
Without separating the rolls, cut the entire loaf horizontally and place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9×13-inch baking dish or baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread 2/3 of the cinnamon butter mixture over the bottom buns. Add top half of the rolls. Spread the remaining cinnamon butter over the tops of the buns.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until warm and toasty.
While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, whole milk, and vanilla extract. Drizzle glaze over the top of the warm rolls.
