BBQ Coleslaw - great for a crowd! Coleslaw tossed in a quick homemade BBQ dressing made with oil, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. NO mayo! Can make in advance and refrigerate until ready to serve. Great with BBQ, ribs, burgers, steaks, and chicken!
Ingredients:
2(16-oz)bags coleslaw mix
½cupvegetable/canola oil
⅓cupketchup
¼cupwhite vinegar
⅓cupsugar
2tspsalt, or to taste
1Tbspdried minced onion flakes
1TbspWorcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Place coleslaw mix in a large bowl.
In a saucepan combine oil, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat just until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool.
Pour cooled dressing over coleslaw mix. Toss to coat.
