Air Fryer Ribeyes - so easy and taste fantastic!! Ready in minutes! We marinated the steaks in a simple Greek marinade of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Marinate a few hours to overnight. Ready to eat in under 10 minutes!
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Place steaks in a ziplock bag. Pour marinade over steaks. Seal bag and toss to coat steaks.
Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Remove steaks from marinade and place one steak in the air fryer basket.
Turn temperature to 400ºF and cook for 7 to 10 minutes, until you reach the desired doneness.
Remove steak from air fryer and repeat with remaining steak.
Notes:
Use a meat thermometer for best results. 140ºF for medium-rare and 155ºF for medium.The meat will continue to cook and increase 5ºF once you remove it from the oven.
