8-ozelbow macaronicooked and cooled
8-ozpepper jack cheese, cubed
1cupchopped red bell pepper
1cupchopped green bell pepper
½cupsliced green onions
salt and pepperto taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Cover and chill before serving.
Can make pasta salad the night before and refrigerate until serving.Leftover pasta salad will keep 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator.
