Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain fat.
In a bowl, combine ground beef, Manwich sauce, cream cheese, and 1½ cup shredded cheese.
Spread beef mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly.

You can make the dip a day or two in advance and refrigerate until ready to bake.You can cut the recipe in half if not feeding a crowd.You can substitute ground turkey or ground pork or breakfast sausage for ground beef.Feel free to add some chopped fresh onion and bell peppers to the dip. I suggest adding them to the skillet when cooking the meat so they soften.You can mix dip together and cook in the slow cooker.I used cheddar cheese in this dip.
