To cook chicken without a grill, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Pan sear the chicken breasts on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes. Place chicken on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
Use an instant-read meat thermometer to check the chicken.
