In a small bowl, whisk together chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, and garlic cloves in a bowl. Set aside half of the glaze for basting.
Place pork chops in a ziploc bag. Pour half of the glaze over the pork chops and refrigerate for a few hours to overnight. Store the remaining glaze in an airtight container in the fridge.
When ready to cook the pork, remove the pork chops from the marinade. Discard marinade.
Grill or pan sear the pork chops for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest parts of pork chops registers 145°F.
Use a pastry brush to baste pork chops with the reserved glaze before removing them from the grill.
Notes:
You can use this sauce on boneless pork chops or bone-in pork chops.
Cook times will vary depending on the thickness of the pork chops.
Thick-cut pork chops will take longer to cook than thin pork chops.
Can Pork be pink? Yes! Do NOT overcook your pork chops. Most people tend to overcook pork chops and dry them out. Pork is safe to eat when it reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF. Use a meat thermometer to check the pork for an internal temperature of 145ºF before removing them from the grill. The pork may have a little pink inside. Pork is perfectly safe to eat pink.

What is Chili Sauce? I use a bottle of Heinz Chili Sauce. It is basically zesty/spicy ketchup. Look for next to the ketchup at the grocery store.
