These Honey Garlic Pork Chops are a new favorite at our house. They are super tender and juicy and packed full of amazing flavor! Pork chops brushed with a simple glaze made of chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and honey. So easy to make and the whole family cleans their plate. I usually double the recipe. These don’t last long at our house.
How to Make Honey Garlic Pork Chops
This dish is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk together chili sauce, honey, low sodium soy sauce, garlic cloves, salt, and black pepper. Place pork chops in a ziploc bag. Pour half of the glaze over the pork chops and refrigerate for a few hours to overnight. Store the remaining glaze in an airtight container in the fridge.
When ready to cook the pork, remove the pork chops from the marinade. Discard marinade. Grill or pan sear the pork chops until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest parts of pork chops registers 145°F. Use a pastry brush to baste pork chops with the reserved glaze before removing them from the grill. Garnish with green onions or parsley.
