Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
Add ketchup, mustard, hamburger seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Stir well and simmer for 2 minutes.
Spread the ground beef mixture in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate, top with crumbled bacon, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and Bisquick. Pour the batter over the meat and cheese mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of the casserole comes out clean.
Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese and let sit for 5 minutes before cutting into slices.
Notes:
Can substitute ground turkey or ground chicken for a lower-calorie dish.
To cut down on the prep time, I use precooked bacon.
I use McCormick Hamburger Seasoning. If you can't find hamburger seasoning, you can substitute Montreal Steak Seasoning.
Variations/Additions:
onions
bell peppers
dill pickles
tomatoes
You can use any cheese that you enjoy. Monterey Jack, Swiss, American, Cheddar, or Provolone all work great.
Use gluten-free Bisquick for a gluten-free meal.

When ready to serve, thaw and reheat in the microwave or cover the dish with aluminum foil and reheat it at 350ºF until warm.
