Whisk together sugar, salt, water, Dale's Steak Seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the salt and sugar have dissolved. Remove from heat and add ice cubes. Cool to room temperature.
Place a whole boneless pork loin into a large resealable plastic bag. Pour brine over the pork and store in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours up to 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Remove the pork from the brine and pat dry with paper towels. Season with Montreal Steak Seasoning on all sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork loin for 3 minutes on each side. Place in a roasting/baking pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until an instant-read thermometer reads 145ºF.
Let the cooked pork stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve the cooking juices on the side.

Here is our recipe for Homemade Dale's Steak Sauce made with soy sauce, Worcestershire, olive oil, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice: https://www.plainchicken.com/all-purpose-marinade/
I use Montreal Steak Seasoning. Feel free to use any spice rub that you enjoy.
The cooking time will vary depending on the size of your loin. My loin was a little over 5 pounds and I cooked it for 6 to 7 minutes per pound after searing.
Can I cook Pork Loin in the Crock Pot? Yes! Brine and sear the pork. Cook in the slow cooker for about 2 hours.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
