Crack Chicken Sliders - Elevate your game day or party spread with our mouthwatering Crack Chicken Sliders! Tender shredded chicken, gooey cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and zesty ranch dressing nestled in Hawaiian sweet rolls, then topped with a drizzle of irresistible ranch butter. These sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleaser, packed with flavor and perfect for sharing.
Combine cooked chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Set aside.
Without separating the rolls, cut the entire loaf horizontally and place the bottoms in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread chicken mixture over the bottom buns. Place top buns on top of the cheese.
Whisk together melted butter and ranch seasoning. Spoon ranch butter over the top of the rolls.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Notes:
I use rotisserie chicken for the cooked chicken in this recipe.
Can substitute turkey bacon for regular pork bacon.
I used precooked bacon. You will need about 1 pound of raw bacon to equal 1 cup cooked bacon.
You can mix up the chicken mixture ahead of time and assemble the crescents when you are ready to bake them.
These taste great right out of the oven or at room temperature.
You can even serve them with some extra ranch for dipping. YUM!
